Best Engine Oil for High-Mileage Patrols?

What engine oil are you guys running in high-mileage Patrols? Looking for recommendations that help with wear and keep things running smooth. Cheers!

Welcome to the forum. That is a loaded question as some engines have variable valve timing which require specific grades of oil. My simple old RB30 was up to 20w50 and not burning that much. The new donk is on 15w40 Magnetec usually changed at 10000ks or sooner if I tow with it.
