Purchased a Bushman 15L Roadie fridge today, sent a message to the sales dept, 'do you have any demo units", and they came back with a $300 discount on a brand new unit, with a very minor transport dent on the sheetmetal, fully checked and fully warranty, Happy days, thank You.
I ran two fridges on the Madigan trip, an old 60L Engel battleship and a new light duty but with compressor fridge as a freezer. The temps were over 40 every day, and the smaller unit just didn't cut it, could not maintain freeze settings, lost a bit of food. What I liked about the Bushman is they are spec'd at -18 in 45degC, and 4 in 46degC refrig mode. They have a 5 yrs warranty on the compressor and sip the juice. Its the size of a between the seats style unit, maybe a bit bigger, so it can either go in the canopy or the rear seat area. The volume of 15L is more than adequate when coulped with the 60L frig capacity.
