Well last service found an intercooler leak from the fins. Looking around for an intercooler that is larger in depth and will fit the existing space (like the https://hpdiesel.com.au/products/intercooler-kits/nissan-patrol-gu-zd30-common-rail.html). Was then hoping to get a scoop that would fit the same hole but with a larger intake. Has anybody had anything to do with MrBodykits at all? Specifically the https://mrbodykits.com.au/products/mr-godzilla-replacement-bonnet-scoop-suit-nissan-patrol-gu-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-series?variant=45788311355692.
It seems to fit the bill and bolts directly on without modification. Larger intake with direction vanes .. .. Thoughts welcome ;)

For those interested in the above intercooler and scoop. I have had between 80 and 100 degrees drop in EGT's since fitting in both around town and highway travelling. It was one of the hottest days we have had lately with a 39 degree day at 110kph. Anybody who is not keen on cutting up their bonnet and having a plug and play fitment might want to consider these two options. I wish I had done it sooner tbh. There is also an increase in performance but I do not know if that is from not having a (very small) leak from the intercooler itself prior to fitting the new one. All in all the car definitely does seem more lively and it "breaths" a lot easier. Engine temperatures have also remained constant at 86 degrees, where previously, on hot days, this would rise to 89/92. No other changes have been made other than the scoop and intercooler.
