TB48 Throttle Body

Good Day,
I am having issues with my 2003 TB48 Auto.
Looks like the throttle body got some moisture on the stepper motor side and was wondering if anybody has had success in replacing it?
Part no on the motor is Jideco ESM1110-01

Thought about that yes, problem is, I live in South Africa. 2nd hand throttle body costs R10k here. Brand new one on Patrolapart in Aus will cost me R9800. Just wondered if that unit is replaceable while I wait for the new one. Shipping will take a while
