GU ZD30 fitted injector pump now no oil pressure?

Hey guys, I’m struggling to understand why fitting a diesel injector pump would have caused the oil pressure light to come on due to lack of oil pressure and has caused the engine to begin seizing. What a nightmare this job has been.

the oil switches are a common fault with zd30 di/crd motors, I replaced both, the RH one was at fault in my case, easy to replace with the intake manifold removed.
