Hi mate,

just measure the inside diameter of your rear springs and take off say 20mm or so and you will be fine are you getting them tapered in at all? teh drop out cones you buy ahve a taper so teh botom is smaller than that seat of them. maybe by 15 or 20mm

Not hard to work out though, I have them in the back of the GQ and i reckon it would be easier to measure and empty spring than try and measure the drop out cones now they are in

Check out the pic below for a pic of them welded in though. Note that they are slightly smaller only than the top hat of the spring mount so maybe even 10mm smaller than you measurement will do.

Make sure your fitting spring retainers to the spring bases though when you fit these or your in a world of hurt mate.

Have fun.

thanks for the info mate. i have sourced some concentric reduction cones that measure 125mm at top (inside spring diameter is 137) and taper to 80mm at bottom. they look the same as what you have posted and what superior are selling but at half the price.. i will be making some spring keepers to keep the spring from coming free. what have you done for the top rubber? i was thinking of using sikaflex or something to keep the rubber from coming loose up top?????
