I'm a long time forum reader and now a new and active participant. Been a long time Nissan owner having had two GQ's, my third (and current) patrol is a 2004 GU with one of the last inter-cooled turbos. The DX wagon is not that flash to look at but it goes just about any place its pointed. Hope to hear from members, its great to know there is plenty 4x4 lovers out there.

Tony and all,

Thanks for the first responses to my brief intro and thanks Tony for the 'thread'. I'm not sure what you've done but thankyou anyway. I'm looking forward to participating within this forum even its casual, not too technical and occasional. My first comment is along these lines, 'One older grey hair frog does not get to own his own pond without knocking out a few ripples and splashes'. Keep'em coming forum members.
