Hi to all fellow patrol owners/devotees.Just registered after becoming aware of site from patrolapart-the patrol part supply specialist located in Lilydale, Melbourne. Look forward to conversing with you all. Very impressed with the ability to download manuals and I am currently chasing information in realtion to the injector replacement job I am currently performing on my own GQ patrol. The issue is as follows. The injection nozzle washer has a groove running around it .Flip the washer over and you find the groove causes a protrusion or raised surface area. When I extracted these washers the protrusions faced upwards however my manual shows the groove facing upwards and not the protrusion.I tend to believe the manual as it is a genuine nissan Y60 supplement for an RD28T motor which means the washers were installed incorrectly by whoever serviced them before I owned it. So i thought I would try to cross reference it with the gregorys manual. If any one has any thoughts on this I would like to hear from you

Welcome to the forum Marinko.

I don't think it's critical which way the washer sits or the engine would not have been running properly previously. That said I would install them the way the factory manual shows just to be sure.
