I'm a sitting I'm front of Myers in the city and there a homeless guy with his dog and a cardboard sign, hard to read it but the last two lines were clear.

"I also have pay id my number is
04xx xxx xxx"

Don't know what to make of it??

That's a smart homeless bloke. Sooo many people no longer carry cash he is giving them a way to give him money. This will allow him to Tap and Go at the supermarket or 7/11.

Make a point of using the promissory notes aka legal tender aka "cash" while you can.
