MQ transfer case lever boot rubber

Hi all,

I am after a MQ/MK Patrol '87 Diesel Turbo transfer case manual selector lever boot rubber, not sure what else to call it, it is the rubber boot that is inside the cabin. Can anyone here help me?

Attached some pictures of all that's left of the old one that was in it,

this is about 110mm x 80mm
