Gu 4.5 belt issue

Hi all my son GU with the 4.5 petrol keeps flipping the belts over or spitting them off have changed harmonic balancer, water pump and alternator has anyone had this issue and fixed it ?
Or anyone have any ideas how to fix it I’m stumped

Assuming you have checked alignment of all pulleys under tension, and that belt tension is adjusted correctly, have you tried genuine belts replacing both together ?, also check the v angle on the pulley grooves (where the belt runs), in case someone has replace one with the wrong pulley so belt v and pulley v do not match.

Just wish I could get my GU 4.5 started, been having issues since I purchased
