G'day all,

Great forum you have here I have been a reader but not a member. I didn't think it was right to be a member with out a Patrol. Technically I don't have the new rig yet, tomorrow hopefully.

I have just purchased a 1996 GQ, I have had a number of cruisers and a 4runner, but have always loved the patrols. I love getting out and about and have been to many places in this great country. Cape , Fraser, Flinders, Simpson across the top from Cairns to Darwin a few times.Currently living in SE Melb and have to kids 7 and 9 who haven't done much 4x4 stuff yet but they soon will.

I am a Fitter/fabricator and love building stuff. I also have another rather large toy, it's 35 ft Bedford bus/motorhome that I have just given a heart transplant and I have to say the 454 Chev sounds heaps better than the old Beddie diesel haha.

I plan to do a custom winch bar rear bar and sliders for the first mods to the Trol. The Patrol is un touch at the moment just theway I wanted it.
