Hi lot, new to the forum so thought I'd ask a question as I've read a few threads on the topic but can't seem to find straight answers and still finding myself confused.
If rebuilding a na 4.2 to a turbo spec td4.2ti, what are the main differences between the two to get the na 42 on par with a fd4.2ti. Is it just a matter of buying a rebuild kit for a td4.2ti and fitting it all in the na block or are they a few issues that will stop that from happening and if so, how can we resolve that. Only asking because I have a zd30 and would like to put a td42 in it and I can pick up a na42 for a good price, I'm just confused if It can be built virtually identical to the turbo models.
