Do you use Polyurethane or the original replacement rubber bushes?

What’s involved is it easy enough to do yourself at home?

It's best to use Nissan rubber bushes. Front radius arm bushes and rear trailing arm bushes need to be pressed in, can be a DIY job if you know what you are doing and have the right tools but can also be dangerous if you don't take into account the energy stored in the springs.

As YNOT has already said, for the best result use original Nissan replacements in your suspension bushes. Polyurethane bushes have been trialed by owners in the past with very limited success. another member is currently trialing Pedders radius arm bushes & to date I believe there holding up well but had another brand rubber bush in it prior that didn't make it past the 6month mark, just to give you an idea of whats out there.

For Nissan replacement parts give Garry at Nizzbits a bell here: http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/showthread.php?915-Nizzbits-(vic)

I hope this helps.
