TD42 rocker cover bolts ?

Hi all looking at the rocker cover bolt assembly.
the cup washers are out of shape . How is this supposed to work ?
I will straighten the washer things out .and re shape the rocker cover where it is deformed .
just checking what it should be like .. thanks to all

I just replaced the rubbers and a new r/c gasket and didn't bother with reshaping the cover. Hasn't leaked.
