Anything can be done with the right amount of money. Personally, I'd love to do it. I did see a discussion on one of the Flog book pages a while ago about it. Didn't bother to follow it though as they lost me at the comment just send it bro.

Yep !!! ^^^^^^^^^ As Avo said. And a LOT less headaches. On the surface conversions look simple - but you nearly always have some problems. Sometimes simple and annoying - other times expensive and heartbreaking.

Sent from my SM-G965F using TapatalkThe are so cheap for what you get. Considering a Ford Everest is around the same price.

New Y62s can be had for high 60s, mid 60s if you look/haggle enough... They're definitely a lot of evident on the road in recent times.
The motor/power and comfort is what you're paying for.
That motor in a GU would be the absolute ultimate. Best off road suspension/drive train ever, with the the power house of a engine.

Must honestly say, if someone out there were to dedicate their brand loyalty and dollars converting a GU and or insanely cool GQ into a global power plant proven Nissan V8 petrol would be Absolutely Legendary [emoji41][emoji106][emoji106]
Might just well be early days and electrical gremlins holding things back and or the price of a donk from Nissan maybe?
Currently LS1’s are the cheaper rage since they’re readily available and aftermarket mobs have proven kits for them etc...
My first Landcrab FJ40 shorty craze with a simples 350NA quadrajet petrol chev was a wacky convertible mob adapter plate that let mud through galore into its bell in its day [emoji23]
How much is a Nissan 5.6 petrol to buy off the shelf with all its goodie bits ready?
