Hi all, new member here. Have owned a 2009 DX GU patrol cab chassis for a few months now. 127k on the clock with much work documented prior to coming to me. Has a DP chip as was used mostly as a slide on camper unit. It's a farm ute now with some occasional local highway running.
Impressions so far: certainly has heaps of acceleration and torque, probably way more than I need for a farm ute so when I get familiar with the chip unit may see if I can wind it back some. Like the duel fuel tanks and the ride seems pretty good with and without weight in the back. Missues finds the standard seats a bit hard so will probably look at doing something about this down the track.
Anyhow, i will enjoy drawing on the forum members knowledge over the coming years.
