Officially trolling today, for the third time.
Pretty much stock Y61 2007 ST (fanciest I’ve had) CRD. Has 124,000ks on it. Full service history. Was a SA Forestry’s car to start, then an ol bloke at work picked it up from auction with 2/3 SFA k’s
Mods it has
Ironman bar
TJM or maybe Ironman branded winch I think (haven’t looked properly)
All terrain goodies (65% remaining) weighing in at a massive 275 65 R17
Coupla Rhino roof rack bars ( just removed so I fit in the Wilson’s car park come Mondy morn)
Air bags in the arse
Leccy brakes. Me ol mate has a small van an bigger boat
Fancy tint (factory, last one was like living in a fish bowl)

Aim/Goal. Capable tourer

Mods to come. In no particular order. This won’t be happening quickly this time round
Scan gauge 2 tomorrow (kept the last one)
Catch can already ordered, so hopefully early next week
Snorkel
2” lift most likely go Dobinson again
UHF
Manual hubs
33 A/T’s eventually
LoKKa! In the front

First mods (haha very minor) today. It came with a new set of unfitted seat covers, so in they went. Flash as a rat with a gold tooth. Never had seat covers in a Patrol before

Only successful fix I’ve read was some fella just losin his shit at it and thumping it and vwalahh noise gone. Reckon this’ll be my fix too hahaha

Well not quite the excitement of Daz's Y62 thread.
But I'm booked in Friday week for a remap session.
In the tuners words
"You'll get 35% more torque, the lag is gone.......Every gear pulls like a train...you will be blown away"
Might get the torque of one wheel of a Y62 :)

Dropped her at the tuner this morning and should be ready in a couple more hours.

Yep she’s a totally different beast. Absolutely zero lag EGR valve programmed to stay closed. 22psi I couldn’t be happier TBH. He said I should get the manifold cleaned next time, that’s at a cost of $1300 FUCK but ay we’ll wait n see
Next little upgrade tomorrow :)
