Hello everyone, before anything let me say that this forum its being a lot of help for me.
I have a Nissan patrol sd33 none turbo rebuild but when I got it it came back with a broken dipstick.... now the dipstick is not inside its completely gone so my question is how do I fix that ?? I mean how do I know which dipstick to use as far as length and correct low and full marks.
HELP PLEASE.
Thanks.

Hi iPatrol, your best bet is to go to awreckers and get an original one from the same motor.
On another note; where did the old one go? Is it in the sump or completely lost in the shed?

Hey Finlay your a generous man, nice work. If you have one there then just take some measurements length, width, thickness and ipatrol could probably get something made to do the job locally i reckon. its the length that will be the key...
