Pretty ugly looking six wheeler to be honest though. Imagine the fuel bill too.

Have been researching & planning our family retirement twin tourers dual cab utes for many years now and can’t so far go past Bob’s ‘Superior’ Patented Power Divider Coily Bogie Drive’s [emoji106][emoji106]

The 6 wheeler advertised was a lazy axle jobbie, unlike this beast. Whats the turning circle like Mark - do they give you a comparison between 4 and 6 wheel drive? Also, would you go a Nissan or toyota conversion? I hate the driving position of the accelerator pedal to driver - cramps in the shin after a couple of hours - have you driven a Toyota 78/79 over distance, if not, might be a good thing, but then again I guess you are a little way off this conversion anyway so who knows what would be on offer? What gave me rise of concern is the shot of the 6 WD towing a Kimberley Karavan - this is really what i want in the longer term, and think a GCM upgrade is the only way forward or lose a lot of weight in the barge - 6WD is not on my horizon. Great build though

Give Bob a call mate, you’ll be blown away together engineering wise if interested.
Of course turning circle would be reduced from any true 6x6 versus a 4x4 and still no doubt near as bad for a 6x4 rear scuffing versus a 4x4.
6x4’s are as useless as titties on a bull and struggle reversing up an urban driveway gutter!
Bob’s Coil Bogie drive design wins hands down for adaptation to any vehilcle (Patrol GU would be our choice)
Further more the front and rear twin drive axles torque split together and splay apart at high touring corner speeds massively reducing tyre wear unlike leafy locked tracking variants!
A GU twin cab with full size/length ute tray (up to 3.0T payload & up to 9.0T towing GCM) sounds a shipload better to me than rolling a tall IVECO off Gunshot Crossing in retirement and cheaper too :-)
Forgot to mention....3 x ARB Airlockers on 6 x 35” BFG Muddies Bob can GU do too through Canberra for Nationwide full touring legal [emoji106][emoji106]
