Hello Team well I’m looking at a new powder coat for my bullbar and was thinking of putting a new blinker and park lights In led that mount in the bull-bar and tapping these into the existing 12volt light system.
But baring in mind nothing else on my car is led lighting, My car is an old TD 4.2 1999 patrol Ute. my question is this, can new led lights integrate with my standard Non led blinker and driving light system on my car?
Many thanks in advance

Welcome mate. Yes they can. If you're simply just adding extra lights that's about all you need to do. If you're swapping old for led you may need an inline resistor to sort the quick flash.

That is exactly what I did to one of my Patrols... LED on the bar and tapped into the existing park/indicator wiring.

If there is one or more incandescent globes in the circuit anywhere the existing flasher relay will usually work fine with a mix of LED and incandescent.

If you do get a fast flash rate or go 100% LED by swapping out the other globes simply swap out the flasher relay for an LED compatible one... costs about $10 and no farting around with load resistors which will admittedly do the job but why bother IMHO.

If you replace front and back youll get that quick flash you sometime see on other
cars and 4x4s.
Youll need one of these on each corner not expensive, must admit I love leds
no heat , low power and that instant on off effect whats not to like, I even have led revrse lights
turns night into day
