Fuse keeps blowing for indicator glow plug start

I am having problems with the 10 amp fuse for the indicators blowing on start up all the time.

I am also having a problem with the glow plug light not coming on at the point it should ie the ignition on point, the light will come on at the start up point though anyway any help appreciated.
