very unlikely. A disgrace. They should own that FOREVER.

Typical for Nissan. I am thinking of buying another Patrol, but it has the bubbling dash. I wonder how difficult it would be to change it?

you can buy a full dash for about $700 i hear and 4 to 8 hours to get it done at home. Get a quote from your local dealer. they should have it down pat

I rang the Dashboard doctor, he said can't recover or repair them, have to replace them.

I won’t be hard to change over mate. Just time consuming. It’s circa $700 for a new dash. Depending on the purchase price and if there’s any added extras I would change the dash over. But I’m picky and like things the way they should be...

I couldn't stand driving it with a bubbling dash for very long

Bovril Mate is all over it these unfortunate later days I agree :-)
Mr Nissan may have in fact kindly invented Trax conveniently stored in cab well before Max did and safely under our carpet covers ready for quick traction plank applications required :-)

I'd prefer a dash that didn't look like a crater faced teenagers cheeks, but the mat at least makes me not hate it.
