Rocker cover 3L

Help my rocker cover is leaking is it as easy as the go book said page EM-30 and 31. Do I only need glow plug seal and rocker cover seal? What else should look at? Can any body put me on the right track?;)

Where is the leak?

I removed the rocker cover last month to replace the injector spill line washer, did not replace the seal nor the glow plug seal. However, noticed a minor swearing of oil around the glow plug seal. So I suggest use a bit of gease on the glow plug when ressembling should do the trick. Depends where the leak is, you can use a bit of RTV to repair the cover seal.

Be careful when tightening the cover bolt, I ruined one of the thread and have to repair it with helicoil. The cylinder head seems very soft.
