TD42. Changed oil and filters today to find one filter had no oil in it, however felt a lot heavier than the new filter. Had noticed it was slow getting pressure up. Thoughts on what could be causing the issue.
Thanks

Hi, potentially wrong filter/faulty filter/ blocked filter or blockage in the gallery supplying the dry filter.
Easiest way to check is to put a new filter on, run motor, check whether oil gets to working pressure in a short time & then feel both filters to see if they are of equal temperature.
Seeings the filter in question was heavier than a new filter are you certain it had no oil in it? Very easy to spill oil out when taking the filter off (pretty much impossible not to), & the rest can be hard to pour out.
Just as a 'word to the wise', you would have probably got a greater response if you had introduced yourself first. Please do that if you plan to hang around. It's a pretty friendly & knowledgeable community.
