Hello Everyone

I am a new member we have a Nissan Patrol GQ model TB42 and have been having problems with the engine. We were told to get a new distributor or Rotor Button however not confident this may solve our issue. If anyone has any ideas as to why the engine heats up and either stops or shakes would love to hear your thoughts.

Welcome to the forum. Post a detailed description of your problem in a new thread, as some members don't read the intros.

Check all of the vacuum hoses, to see if they are cracked or not fitted properly.
