Timing belt replacement gu 1999 2.8L

Hi
Just want to know how to put my timing belt on? I have removed everything and just trying to figure out how the injector gear is in the right place? I have got the number 1 cylinder at BDC. Know I just need to figure out were the camshaft and injector gear in the right place?
