Supercar maker could build another off-roader, though four-door sedan is favourite.
Lamborghini will decide its plans for its long-awaited third model later this year, company CEO Stephan Winkelmann has told Drive. It is believed the company is considering either a four-door sedan or SUV to join its supercar stable.
Winkelmann announced earlier this year that the company wants to add an “everyday” model to its two-door-only range.
In an exclusive interview with Drive this week at Lamborghini’s headquarters he shed more light on the project. He refused to be drawn on the speculation the company is considering a return to SUVs but said the third model would be in a major global segment.
