So for my dissertation at uni, it requires for me to model a VR38DETT engine (or any petrol port injection engine I can get the required info on) in AVL Boost.

However, to make an accurate model, obviously the AVL Boost software needs a lot of info about the engine you're doing that I can't seem to find. Obviously stuff like displacement and stroke etc is easy to find. But I need to know the volume of the intake manifolds, friction coefficient of inlet and boost pipes, inertia of the engine block, firing order as a function of crank angle etc.

Does anyone know where I could get that sort of info from? Or know of any other petrol turbocharged engine with port injection (direct injection would be too difficult for me to model) where this kind of data is available?shareit (https://shareit.onl/) appvn (https://appvn.onl/)

Try www.autoexpert.com.au
He is an odd dude but he is an engineer, is very switched on and knows people in the automotive industry.
