I have just fitted headers and a 2.5 inch exhaust system
What a difference when toying our 18ft caravan
The vehicle feels like it wants to pull
The big decision now is will I do a major rebuild on the engine (has done 400,000ks) which is still going good or do I spend lots of money on a newer model?

Depends on the state of the vehicle mate, not to mention the mods you may have on it (and how much you love it!!). A full rebuild will cost between three and four thousand, but if the car is in good nick, and/or you've got mods done to sort your requirements, then I figure rebuild is the way to go rather than taking a risk on a different rig.
