Here you go Dhuck, made up a bracket and used existing bolts.

Damn, no idea why it's upside down (must be iPad)

I have seen them mounted between the grill and radiator. This was on the TI models where there’s zero room in the usual spot.

Yeah, I wont have much room around the firewall there I don't think. I think the ABS will be in the way.

Haven’t used it for charging, just use it for running the compressor.

My current install might suit ie: used an existing vertical plate brkt that comes off inner guard, adjacent to ABS (just fwd). Used 2x50mm pieces of angle(each approx 150mm long), mounted one angle vertical leg to side face of the existing plate brkt (ABS side) and on the horizontal face produced of that angle I bolted the other angle which formed a mounting brkt that had an inverted "U" profile section(used 2 pieces of angle so that the CC can be secured to one angle, the other angle attaches to the existing vertical plate brkt and then the two angle bolted together (may use nutserts for the latter). Took some pics tonight, can do more but not much room in my eng bay either.

U can install fwd of this existing Brkt as well, but CC gets in the way when changing oil filter.

Yeah, room is the issue. Not a lot available under there.

Couple of more (Use FMIC these days):
1. As mentioned, used same existing vert brkt adjacent to ABS but located CC fwd next to aux battery (Current CC install position is where large rotary switch is shown).
2. With large JT cooler (same as CC ultimate cooler), installed CC under Fabwitz Airbox outlet pipe_would have been better to have place it at the current location. Rotary switch was problem then. Not prefered but have spare brkt for this.
