This months topic was chosen by the September winner Avo
Reflections
Reflections, whether it be sober ones or photo graphics one. (Avo's description)
So this would leave it open to possibly remembering a past trip you enjoyed or literally a photo of a reflection.
Remember to follow the rules shown in pink below.
Regards
TPC
Past winning photos can be viewed HERE (http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/showthread.php?29697-Photo-Comp-Past-Topics-amp-Winners).
Monthly Photo Competition guidelines (Please read)
* Each month a new competition thread will commence & all forum members are invited to submit their photos .
* Maximum of three entries per person. (6 for Dec/Jan Photo Comp)
* Multiple entries should be made in separate posts
* Each entry should consist of a single photograph & a short description only
* Comments pertinent to entries are encouraged, but please do not use this thread to engage in banter
* Photos MUST have been taken by the member posting the photos or members of their party.
* Any photo which has been a winner will not be eligible for re-entry in any future competition.
* Please do not post photos that are not entries in the competition.
* Please do not re-post other folks entries within the thread
* The winner of the month's competition gets to choose the following month's competition topic.
* All members are encouraged to vote for the photos they think should win. This will be done by pressing the 'Thanks' button located underneath each post. Toward the end of the month the date & time of competition closure will be announced. Following this time the thread will be locked & the 'Thanks' counted to determine the winner.
* 'Thanks' may be added or withdrawn at any time during the month up until the competition is closed.
You are welcome to thank as many different posts as you wish!
* In the event of a tied first place I will add a casting vote, except in circumstances where my entry is one of the tied ones, in which case I will withdraw my entry.
*Inappropriate photos eg, sexual, racist, violent etc are unacceptable & should not be posted.
Thanks for your cooperation

Stumbled on a local car show in Sunday. Was with my Son Zach.
Parked down near the back was this Gem. My first car was an RX4 13B rotary. I sold it for a Gold HZ Pram Wagon with a 5.0lt. This was a great example.

Wow! i didnt realise it was a Rotary 13B into that HZ. Wow! that would be interesting. It would go pretty hard too. My RX4 would have eaten the HZ 308 for breakfast.

At a whole 97kw and 138Nm I think a 253 would go better. But I'd love to have one sitting in my garage none the less.

Anyone notice that when you get double rainbows the colours of the second one are reversed? Not sure why this is.

I heard or read about this only within the last 12 months too cuppa and next time I saw a double rainbow I took notice of the colour order and yes they are reversed. From what I remember it's something to do with a re-refraction, or reflection of the main rainbow. Apparently there's only one rainbow but in some circumstances the angle of the light re-refracts that rainbow through the rain, hence it's colour order is reversed. It's a reflection of a refraction so I'd say that's two rainbows but apparently it's one plus a reflection of that one meaning it's only one. Hey, imagine how good it would be if this was the biggest dispute getting around! It's interesting though. Maybe a question for Dr Karl!
