Newbie would like to introduce herself

Hi all,

Wow, what a great forum and community of patrol enthusiasts!
I have managed to buy the 1989 GQ Patrol off my mum and am looking forward to finally taking it off the bitumen! However, it has done over 520,000ks so she is a little tired! It is a 4.2L Diesel Manual, and has gained the nickname "The Tank" - she means a lot to me.
Just looking for some great advice as I am fairly new to 4wding, however I am looving what I have done so far!
Looking forward to gaining lots of advice through this great forum.

The kids nicknamed mine Tank - chunky edges, gunbarrel grey and goes over most obstacles!!! They love it more than me I think!! LOL
