Zd30 auto trans fault

I’m having a problem with the trans. It gets stuck in 2nd gear. If I stop and turn the car off it fixes it for about 10 mins. The scan tool says a/t speed sensor 1 fault. In the data mode speed sensor 2 is reading the vehicle speed but speed sensor one stays on 0kmh. The speedo is working. Is there 2 sensors. I only see the one on the rear of the transfer case.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

They only have one speedo sensor. Maybe ring Wholesale Automatics and ask them.

had same problem a year and a half ago ended up being a stuffed trans same symptoms and fault code.
