Power aerial

Hi there, can anyone tell me the easy way to get to/remove the power aerial please? I need to replace the mast but think part of the old one is still in the motor part. the plastic gear thingy?

On the GU remove the inner guard loosen from top use needle nose pliers one bolt holding it all in.

Easy to check. Just compare the new length with what you retrieved.

Thanks Piglett. Mc4by, i took the old one out a while ago and can't remember what it looked like. But think the end was broken off?? Will check it out on tne weekend. Thanks again fellas.
