Wheel offset sizes

Hi, I am looking at getting a more aggressive offset but I am not sure what will sit in with the fender flares. I have been told -24 and -22 will sit it inline with the flare. Does anyone know which is correct?

GQ or GU? -22 juuuuust sits flush with the factory fibreglass flares on the GQ.
