Gearbox lag

Hi new to this forum,
Was wondering if anyone has experienced automatic transmission lagging when in reverse going up an incline and how to fix this problem (when reversing up my driveway it takes a good minute before the car starts to reverse as if there is no power at all)

An intro would be appreciated . Low fluid level, blocked strainer/ shitty fluid. When was the last time the transmission was serviced?

It was last serviced about 80k ago, fluid level fine and clean

Download the service manual available on this forum and go through the extensive troubleshooting table. You could be looking at a valve or control problem or line pressure problem. Maybe a blocked pilot valve filter.
