EGR Delete because hot start issues

Hey ive been reading up and putting the blockoff plate in looks simple enough but i found a part number for an o-ring where does the o-ring go? cant seem to find any photos before i do it

You kinda need to explain yourself better mate. I seem to have misplace my crystal ball. Lol. Whats has hot start issues got to do with some o'ring you mention? Also you need to tell us what motor. And theres no oring for the TD and ZD motor where you would e\put an EGR blanking plate.

Sorry yea my bad I have an RD28 and the car is having hotstart issues ive read on a different post that a EGR delete will help with this and putting the block off plate seems straight forward but where does the o ring go that was also mentioned and was told to order?
