XLR8 just asked why there is heaps of space in each post after the text.
So, underneath this text there will be a heap of space before my section finishes and

Is anyone else getting this as I am getting this at home on my PC running IE and windows XP but not at work on my PC running Windows 7...
If you do see this gap, what computer operating system are you running...Windows XP, Vista, Mac or Windows 7???

Thats exactly what I'm seeing too Steve....
So doggy doesnt see it on Vista I dont see it at work on 7 but we all see it on XP....Man this is going to kill me trying to figure this one out...lol

I have an idea to roll back the thanks button when I screwed around a few weeks ago and we may loose a few thanks here and there but no biggy...
If anyone else runs Vista or Windows 7 and doesnt see gaps inbetween posts like Steves image above then please let me know....Cheers!

Browser: Minefield 4.0b7pre ( Firefox so 2 speak )
Does it in Google Chrome 11.0.696.71 m
Also happens in IE 9

This isn't making sense at all...lol...So there is absolutely no trend at all to help me figure this out.
It all started when I tried to fix the Thanks button to show where and who thanked you...I reckon there is an error with the thanks and it leaves a gap for some reason but no idea why some people see it and some people don't....arrrr!!!!!!!!

I think it started when I updated the thanks files on the server which I changed about 10 days ago.
I think this is when I started to notice this gap too...

dont think so, its been like that for ages.
If it helps, bigger gap if there is an avatar, smaller gap if no avatar....... yes have drink, does wonders...sorta like that LSD stuff dogmans talkin about :)
EDIT: take that avatar comment back, makes no difference.

well its always looked like this to me, whether on a pc with XP or Vista. Just thought thats the way it was................. makes it easier to read anyway lol

You should always have the space as it needs to fit in your details on left hand side of Screen (ie Name,Avatar,Join Date,Location etc) Delete this information and you would not have a space

Spot on Bob, worked it out last night, if you don't want so many spaces go into settings, general settings and untick Show Avatar and Show Signature.
