Have you heard of anyone getting hold of a 1986 MK (most would say MQ) Patrol wagon with turbo diesel & five speed and possibly a spare motor and box and many more spares. Was fitted with GQ ti with bloody good tyres fitted. They were attached to Air locker diffs that still had to be wired and plumbed up. The were sitting in Brand new 2" lift leaf springs. The front diff had been totally rebuilt in the swivel hubs. Had brand new 2" lift shocks and a new 2 1/2 inch exhaust from muffler back.
Was red, with factory luxury tan interior and suspension drivers seat. Had a roof console fitted. Should have come with a steel roof rack basket. Had a short spare wheel carrier factory fitted, may have come with a full width spare wheel & jerry can carrier. Wooden homemade twin drawers full of small spares. Alloy bulbar painted white with flat black back was also fitted.
If anyone knows of the whereabouts, I'm interested to know if my Finly is just rusting away, been sadly hacked apart, or if someone has lovingly put this rig back on the road and using it.
