RB30 carby to RD28T out of GU 98

I'm changing out my failed engine RB30 to a RD28T out of a 98 GU which my mate pulled out for a conversion
dose anyone have any tips on getting this done right. I'm a plant mechanic with good electrical knowledge but just seeing if there is any problem anyone has had?
