My name is Tim just acquired a 2009 DX which I will get ready for a Kimberly trip.
Will appreciate any advice as I mod the vehicle.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
my only suggestion is to travel as light as you can
try you use things that have two purposes.
Keep the load down low only light stufff on the roof
