Engel do a 21L retro version Rossco.
Got two in my extra cab for short trips, one for fridge one for freezer. Great things [emoji106][emoji106]
EDIT: They make a 15L one too just found.

rustynail has a fridge freezer installed between the front seats in his GU, might be a waeco - drop him a line

Smallest capacity Freezer I know of is 10 litre (Dometic/Waeco make 'em)

https://www.dometic.com/en-au/au/products/food-and-beverage/portable-refrigeration/fridge-freezers-and-coolers/dometic-coolfreeze-cf-11-_-190935

Engel do a 15 then there are quite a lot more if you can fit 18 to 20 litre size in tho.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI have this one hardwired into my troll, runs directly off the second battery. It fits about 8beers in it and goes down to -17 I think. It's a bloody ripper of a fridge, pretty much runs all year around. Highly recommended. Can take pics of it in the centre console if you like

So is mine... was about $260 ish back then I think.

Just had a look at it now I'm home...
http://www.doss.com.au/pf18-18l-portable-fridge-dc12v24v/
I've not used it to freeze anything but set it at -10 for already frozen goods when shopping and +2 for drinks etc (and put fruit in the dinky front bit) when touring.
Ran it for 3 weeks solid for the "Meetup in the middle" trip no wuckas

Where did you get that from ET?

Their dealer map isn't working and the eBay link on your other post is a different fridge yeah?

***EDIT***

That fridge is a 25c below Ambient only. suggesting it is a Freezer is a Con damn it.

The 28L i got off ebay for about $230 and had it plugged into 240v for 3 weeks set at -20 and full of Zooper Doopers. Doing a great job

I bought this 28lt and pretty happy with it for a drinks fridge. Holding -20 no problem.

First post was a "like as in size shape etc" as I was at work... when I got home and found the brand and P# I posted the 2nd link.
I got mine from eBay on special in 2013.
There was supposedly a smaller one (15 I think) but the 18 was the only one I could find at the time.
Runs a Danfoss compressor and certainly has absolutely no trouble holding -10 in summer over here, rated to -18 but I've not tried it at anything like that.

Hahahha. Nah that ad is pretty dodgy mate. They call it a fridge freezer then note on a photo that it is 25 below ambient. Never ever goong to freeze!

I searched google for that model number for ETs freezer but could only find a bag for it in multiple places. Great size if i could get one.

Post pics Nic. I cant remember what you did about your hand brake mate?Hey mate, haven't really "finished" it yet, although it's been in the car for two years, just have more important projects. It's just cleverly strapped down front and back and doesn't move any where. It's the perfect height for an arm rest, and the drink holders are in a more convenient location than the factory ones. Ultimately I would like to make a proper frame up that it suits on as the surface underneath it isn't flat, and make some proper fixing points to mount it without messy straps. While I was at it I would box out the handbrake frame also which is currently visible by me only which is why it isn't too much of a bother.http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/images/imported/2018/12/365.jpghttp://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/images/imported/2018/12/366.jpghttp://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/images/imported/2018/12/367.jpghttp://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/images/imported/2018/12/368.jpg

Those Waeco jobs are useless I got rid of mine.
try finding a Waeco or engel product list they have
units for under the seat that slide out. Might be better off looking what
is available for Trucks more than 4x4 even a caravan might have options for smaller fridges
rustynail
hi mate i brought some snake thingies like those round things you put behind the dorr to stop the draft
Mine are black vynyl just stop all the cr%%p fallind down in between the seat and the console, just a thought
very cheap imo.

It's a bloody great idea and I am jealous!

I think you guys are comparing different tech...
Coolers that will only pull down approx 20 ambient are Peltier Effect tech not Compressor and are also often but not always warmers.
Fridge/Freezers that will pull down 35 to 40 (or more for the top of the wozza like Nat Luna) are using compressor tech.

National Luna use Danfoss compressors
Engel (owned by Sawafuji) use a unique swing compressor
Waeco (owned by Dometic) was 100% Danfoss but now use Waeco compressors in most if not all there fridges
Dometic use I don't know what but think it is there own manufacture, could be wrong tho
Budget brands almost exclusively use Danfoss cause Danfoss churn 'em out by the millions (literally)
El Cheapos use god knows what

All are rotary Compressors 'cept Engel, Danfoss have several specs IE the Danfoss in a National Luna is NOT the same spec as one in an Ebay special
