Cylinder 6 vavle stem was leaking and I was eventually going to fix it but on the weekend number 1 cylinder valve stem seal started leaking

No usual as a regular failure/weakness. But valve stem seals can start failing with age on any motor regardless of brand.

Poor service history can easily contribute to leaking seals on a TD, also a td with an EGR.

The motor was rebuilt about 7000 km ago with a new head so I don't know why it would be leaking now but I thought my it was a bad head build or cheap seals were used
