Who wants a Windscreen Sticker?

I am looking to get a NISSANPATROL.com.au across my front windscreen (In white) for my GU.

So I went to my sign writer and he will make stickers to fit the screen from edge to edge about 60mm high mindfull of the correct angle of the screen.

Quanity is defintely the way to go.

ALSO:

I asked about having NISSANPATROL.com.au in colour to go across the top window of the back door the wheel hangs on. (just a small one)
Again quanity will keep the price down.

Enough interest in either and I will order 12. Should only take a week.

Hey Bob, next time you have a tape measure in your hand could you please measure the height of the "N" on your sticker across the screen. I'ts a bit hard to guess from the pic.

Umm, is that back door sticker $66 ? A bit steep isnt it? AB's mate did mine for $15.. ANd size was 600x400 from memory, I'm gathering they'll have to be shorter to keep Mr Chunky happy..

It's called Nissan font, but its the actual "Nissan" logo font. You may want to talk to the cutter and see what font he suggests for a general easy to read font I think.

I think I caught my sign writer in a very stressful moment and the $66 was for only one anyway.
Now that I have ordered 24 stickers in total and we have spent $1000's with him over the years (and his stress level was lower) he gave me such a good price.

If its poly vinyl it should peel off...On a sunny day is best. Or a glass scraper.

Hi mate, use a hair dryer or heat gun and heat the vinyl up and use a stanley knife, peel the edge up and still putting heat on just simply peel each letter off.

Easy done!

Turps at the end will get any left over adhesive off the window too!

Not in this weather old mate you could crack the screen from the sudden temperature change... Thats why I didn't suggest doing it myself.

Nah it'll be ok, just dont blast the hair dryer point blank range and itll be fine.

Keeping it at 15cm's away would be fine...

Maybe not use a heat gun....Hair dryer at 15cm I gurantee not to crack the glass.

Tonka, I got my sign writer to allow for the curve of the windscreen which you will see when you get your sticker. On my rig the curve is not quite enough (being the test one) so I got him to increase it 5mm on the rest.
You should get yours soon.

Australia post in their wisdom have put the postage up again!!! (This is the second time the postage has increased since I have been doing the stickers in less than 12 months.)
I have up dated the first page with the new prices but saving having to go back the new price is $19.45.

I had a Nissan Patrol sticker kind of like that on my wagon but using the wind screen wipers when it rained or washing the mud off took portions of the sticker off , the sticker would be better stuck to the inside on the screen

Sorry I havent been on lately. When I signed up I was working a lazy 12hrs a week (lucky me). Well that did not last. Now I am working 60+ hours and have little time for anything else. Plus my home internet only works when it wants to and I cant take my laptop to work!

I have rung my provider so hopefully soon it will be fixed.

So to all you patient good people who have ordered stickers I will PM you and get them sent.

I still have plenty of the windscreen ones and the barn door ones left.
