G'day Maque,
You might have to help us out a bit with this one. I can see a URL in the quote but it doesn't open.
On here, a dress up involves a lift, big rubber, lockers, crawler gears, maybe a turbo, and best of all, that GQ designation :-)

It opens to a site called Stylintrucks, which sells stuff like chrome rocker covers, coloured engine shrouds etc.
Blingy stuff.

Or buy a tutu for your grenade. Seriously, if you want an engine dress-up kit, then off-road is parking it on the lawn to wash it. LMAO

OK
Seeing how, they are all taking the P!ss out of you, which we don't normally do here, I'll try to be the serious one.
I suggest taking your tappet covers and sump etc to a powder caoter and get him to throw a colout that you like on them.
They have a huge range of colours and two tone colours these days.
I have not seen any after market choices.
You could get them chromed, but there is some speculation that chromed covers hold heat at engine, effectively slowing cooling of motor when operating.

Not all taking the piss, Tim :-)
What about those diff covers that people have been chatting about here - a search will reveal all.
And if sending the rocker cover etc off to the powder coater, there are also the aircleaner boxes and associated metal work?

Alloy radiator, alloy airbox, powder coated rocker covers, stainless braided fuel/air/etc lines ... what sort of car are we talking about here??
Is it entering a "show and shine" comp??

My idea of dressing up an engine is getting it covered in mud.
Mines built to climb not to shine!
