Hay all,

I just got myself a Nissan Patrol GU 4.5.

For one the front passenger seat controls do not work. I have tried to take off the covers for it but one off the screws is sitting right opposite the middle pillar that makes it difficult to get to. I did try short screw drivers but that was also too long.

I also need to change the front seat belt as well that I won't be able to do that unless I move the seat forward. Does anyone know how to move the seat forward without using the electrics?

Any thought would be appreciated.

By the way I have tried to push it forward but it didn't work. I also Changed the fuses just in case that would the problem.

Hello and welcome most of all enjoy. if the seat belt is not retracting dont worry they all do that,
there is a mob in NSW that will sell a front set for about $350 I think. I also think #Growler is on
the money remove the seat. Maybe make up some long wires and a multi meter and see how you go.
Write it up in mechanical section youll c get a better respounse
