I've replaced the head and the pump has no pressure, I'm thinking it might have a leak, any thoughts?

Air leak or air lock have you tried start you barstard and is the primer firming up ?

Assuming of course you've bled the system properly .

Hi mate! Agree with GQtdauto . :drunk:
Unscrew the fuel pipes in advance of nozzles a little and torque the starter until fuel begins to leak from pipes.
