Only drivers window works

Hey guys having a bit of trouble figuring out why only my drivers side electric window works
its a 1992 GQ wagon any help would be great cheers

Only just got the vehicle?
had it a while and they stopped 1 by 1?
had it a while and they all stopped at once?

One of the offenders, depending on the answers, is the switch assy in the Drivers Door.

they just stopped last night the drivers one works fine but the other 3 do nothing

Asked the mechanic in Timber creek NT what is the most common problem he gets to fix and the answer surprised me , he said hands down it was automatic windows by a mile .

Check the lock switch... IIRC on the early Q's it only locks the other 3 windows and Drivers will work no matter
The power for the other 3 windows runs thru that switch so even if the other switches and the window motors are OK they won't operate

what he said. I have the same model and yep its the lockout switch for sure.

Righto guys cheers ill pull that switch out and clean it tomorrow. starting to think power windows are almost more hassle than they are worth.

Turns out it magically started working again, guessing there was a bit of dirt in the window lock switch. Thanks for the help
