TB45E Noise?? Help!!??

Hi everyone. My patrol started making weird noise lately and I just can't understand what causes it. Today I put my head everywhere to figure it out but it's too tricky for me. Also I opened AC fan and I cleaned out it works perfectly.
If anyone had similar problem in a past or knows what to check or what to do pls let me know.

Does it go away when you turn the aircon compressor off?

No it doesn't.

Does it change when you are driving, ie louder,softer or pitch change. Wondering if its an air leak from manifold gasket or a vacuum hose somewhere.

Split egr pipe what its sound like check the bearing on your alternator as well
Long screw driver will help
